used his mother's recipes solely for the purpose of giving those who were
interested a place to go to enjoy some decadent desserts. This is what we now know today as The
Cheesecake Factory, and it is a much loved hit around the country. It's safe to say, then, that Evelyn's
to-die-for recipe was a success, yes?
Today,
